    May is Mental Health Awareness month.  Take a moment and consider what that means to you.  

    How can you be kind to your mind today?  What mindfulness practices have you tried recently and how did that experience impact you?  Is there a mindfulness practice that you would like to try today or this month?  If there is hesitation, explore what is holding you back?  Just notice without judgement.  

    If sharing your experience with others invokes positive emotions, share your tip, story, or image with your friends in-person or virtually on whatever social media platform that works for you.  

    If not, don’t, and allow yourself a moment to reflect on how mindfulness has impacted you.
