  • Mindfulness Challenge #7: Count on your Senses

    Find a comfortable position for yourself.  For each one of your senses, allow your self to notice and count down starting with the number 5.

    Starting with your vision – look around and notice what you see.  Starting with the number 5, count down, and state what you see.   E.g. 5-clouds, 4-sky, 3-grass, 2-tree, 1-my toes

    Repeat with your sense of hearing, touch, smell, taste, and possibly motion, meaning what type of movement can you notice in and around your body.
