    Yoga for EveryBODY is our mantra and I specialize in teaching Adaptive Yoga focused on meeting you and your body you’re at today.

    Mindfulness on the Move. Classes and workshops can be held in office or onsite of your choice (in office, community center or the park).

    How it works. We work with you to create a class or workshop to meet the needs of your community. Classes are available for people of all levels with a variety of needs including stress management, chair yoga, and a variety of vinyasa (flow style) options. We set the stage by supplying the music, flame-free candles, essential oils, and props including supportive blocks and straps. Students just need to bring themselves and a mat to practice on. Group classes can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or a 6-week progressive specialty program. Individual or private sessions for 1-5 people can be purchased individually, 5 or 10 packs of sessions.
