With a unique blend of technology and healthcare expertise, I have personally encountered life's challenges and the struggle to find adequate support and resources. Over 20 years ago, I began my own exploration of yoga and mindfulness, which eventually led me to become a yoga teacher. Seeking personal growth, I pursued further education, and in 2020, I started my counseling career. Since then, I have been privileged to work with clients, assisting them in processing trauma, developing emotional regulation skills, and fostering a self-care mindfulness practice.

We are committed to providing you with comprehensive and compassionate support to help you achieve your well-being goals.
No two individuals are the same, and sessions are designed to address challenges unique to you. We will work together to understand the root of your struggles and address them with long-lasting coping strategies, helping you build a life worth living.
Collaboration starts at intake. The intake process is about getting to know you better, answering any questions that you have, exploring treatment options, and if you want to move forward, we will start to define personalized goals. From there we develop a plan that works for your lifestyle and can include a variety of counseling and coaching options delivered a pace that works for you in the setting that is most convenient (office, virtual, or hybrid).
Our mindfulness services can help you develop a greater sense of awareness and inner peace. We provide guidance and resources to help you learn mindfulness techniques, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being.
EMDR helps people who have experienced traumatic events or distressing memories. The goal of EMDR is to reduce the negative thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations associated with those traumatic experiences.
DBT is a skill-based type of therapy that can be very helpful for people who struggle with intense emotions, difficulty in relationships, impulsive behaviors, and self-destructive patterns.
We will recommend books, apps, videos, and podcasts that may help you understand what is going on for you and have some best practices for healing.
Counseling is not just limited to the time you spend in session. There are various ways to continue your therapeutic progress and work on your goals in between those sessions. Here are some common practices that can be helpful:

Counseling is a collaborative process, and your active participation between sessions can greatly contribute to your growth and progress.
A digital BAM Board is created for each client. Your BAM Board is your dedicated digital space to organize & review resources, brainstorm, and track goals. It's available 24/7 from your browser or phone application.
Each client is also invited to a secure portal. Your portal provides you the ability to complete and track clinical assessments, schedule and manage sessions, make payments, and access documentation.
